WHAT IT’S FOR
Orange juice is a good source of vitamin C, an excellent antioxidant able to counteract the action of free radicals and strengthening the immune system. Lemon juice is recommended to make the body stronger and immune to infections. Eucalyptus essential oil has expectorant and balsamic properties, capable of thinning the deposits of phlegm in the bronchi and upper respiratory tract, facilitating their expectoration. The calming and relaxing action of the essential oil of lemon balm is able tofacilitate the relaxation of the bronchial muscles, proving to be useful for counteracting ailments related to cooling problems.

USE
WE recommend taking n. 1 stick pack (12 gr) per day in 150/200 ml of water.
Ideal in the morning at breakfast and/or in the evening before going to bed, it melts in a few seconds in hot water (we recommend a maximum temperature of about 75 % C to not alter the natural active ingredients) or cold.
